Q. How long does it take to receive my order?
A. After I receive the order I start making your piece in my studio. I usually have it ready to ship within 24 -48 hours. Specific adaptations might take slightly longer depending on choice of material or precious stones, but this would all be confirmed with you beforehand. Within Europe the post usually delivers your package within 2 working days.
Q. How do I order a bespoke piece of Jewellery?
A. Any of the pieces you see on the website are made to order and can be modified. Get in touch using the form on this page and tell me what you have in mind. The Queen Rings are uniquely bespoke, and I choose stones, symbols and materials for you based on a personal consultation. This usually takes around 40 min, over zoom.
Q. Do you work in gold?
A. Yes, but I don't usually stock gold, so it will take a bit longer. If you want your piece to be made in gold I ask for an advance payment of 70%.
Q. Can I return my purchase?
A. Of course. If you are not happy with your product, get in touch before sending it back and we can arrange your refund.
